Banca Intesa’s Krasnodar branch issues a bank guarantee to one of the biggest Russian manufacturers of compressor and gas separation equipment

November 28, 2017, Krasnodar. The corporate department of the southern branch of Banca Intesa has signed an agreement for  the provision of documentation for issuing bank guarantees with one of the largest producers of compressor and gas separating equipment in Russia – LLC “TEGAS” (part of the TEGAS industrial group). The limit amounts to 100 million rubles; the period of validity is 18 months.

A striking example is the company LLC "TEGAS" - a well-known brand in its industry, always guaranteeing the quality of its products. We are sure that the signed agreement is the first step on the way to building a long-term partnership”, - said Mikhail Panchenko, head of corporate business at Banca Intesa’s southern branch.

At present, the bank has already issued the company with a bank guarantee in favor of the tax authorities of the Russian Federation. Negotiations are currently underway to issue new guarantees for the fulfillment of orders in the energy sector, both in Russia and abroad.
